SA Jollof operates as a West African restaurant and catering service based in South Australia.
Our website allows customers to browse our menu, place pickup or delivery orders, request catering quotes, and contact our team.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised date.
Ordering & Payments
Gift Cards & Vouchers
Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or in person (where available).All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.Payment must be made at the time of ordering via approved payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery if specified).You are responsible for ensuring all order details (address, phone, delivery instructions) are correct at checkout.
Gift cards or promotional vouchers issued by SA Jollof are valid only for the period stated on them.
Lost or expired vouchers cannot be reissued or refunded.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available within our service area as listed on the website. Delivery times may vary based on demand, location, and traffic conditions.Pickup orders can be collected at the time confirmed during checkout.We aim to ensure all meals arrive fresh and on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, third-party couriers).
Catering & Events
Catering orders require advance notice as specified during booking (typically 48–72 hours).A 50% deposit is required to confirm catering bookings, with the balance due prior to delivery or event date.Changes or cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.Large catering orders may include setup, staff, or equipment hire — these terms will be discussed individually.
Refunds & Returns
Because food is perishable, refunds are only provided in cases where an error was made by SA Jollof (e.g., incorrect item, missing order, or significant delay).If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will assess your concern promptly.Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Promotions & Discounts
From time to time, we may offer special promotions, coupons, or discounts.These offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.SA Jollof reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
While we take great care in food preparation, our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, seafood, gluten, soy, and dairy.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary needs when placing orders.
SA Jollof cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
